Why this exists
When applications stop producing interviews, most advice tells you to send more of them. That only works if volume was the problem. Usually it is not.
There are five places a job search commonly breaks down: how clearly your CV communicates fit, whether you can evidence the skills you claim, whether you are targeting roles you can credibly win, how you approach employers, and the quality of the vacancies you are spending time on.
This diagnostic works out which of the five is most likely holding you back, so you fix the right thing first.
How it works
Yes. There is no payment step and no card details are requested at any point. We ask for your email before the full written result so we can send you a copy. If you tick the box, we also follow up with genuinely useful material, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
About four to five minutes. Twenty questions, three answer options each. You can go back and change an answer at any point before you finish.
Not necessarily. For a lot of people the CV is not the main problem at all. That is the point of running five separate scores instead of one. Sometimes the answer is that you are applying for the wrong roles, or that the vacancies themselves were never really open.
Mossart Digitalworks sells two products at the moment, and they are only relevant to two of the five possible results. If your result is one of the other three, you will get practical advice and no product recommendation, because we do not have one that honestly fits. That is deliberate.
Your answers are used to generate your result and, in anonymised and aggregated form, to work out which resources job seekers most need next.
